PRETTY CURE
« on: May 21, 2010, 08 PM »
Say it with me! WHO LOVES PRETTY CURE!? I'll tell ya who loves Pretty Cure: I LOVE PRETTY CURE. Granted, I haven't even watched half of Futari Wa, and Fresh is putting me to sleep, and 5 is... uh... I WON'T SAY IT. But Heartcatch? Hell yeah, Heartcatch!

Futari Wa might still be my fave though. Hohohoho.

IN THIS TOPIC, WE DISCUSS PRETTY CURE.
This is the first face you will see in hell.

I came to Pretty Cure looking for a long running kids' show with decent action and a monster to fight every week. It definitely delivered on exactly what I was looking for. It fills in for the lack of new robot shows of the same genre, but I don't exactly feel motivated to go check out any other mahou shoujo titles because of it.

Now, Heartcatch, on the other hand... That one has essentially brainwashed me into going, "D'aaaawww, how adorable!" Which scares me, to be honest. Can't deny the fact I'm loving it, though.

Futari wa Pretty Cure
-->Futari wa Pretty Cure: Max Heart (Sequel)
Futari wa Pretty Cure: Splash Star
Yes! Pretty Cure 5
-->Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! (Sequel)
Fresh Pretty Cure
Heartcatch Pretty Cure

And then there's the two crossover movies, but yark. Other than the sequels, you can pretty much just pick any series and hit play.

Heartcatch is pretty solid, thus far. Otherwise, I'd probably say the original and/or Fresh, mainly 'cause of Cure Passion.

I got to episode 20 or 30 somthing of heartcatch as well as 5.
I stopped watching it because I caught up to the releases and i kept wanting something to happen to the maincharacters romantic wise, but we all know thatd never happen.
Has returned from nowhere. :)

I get that its supposed to be a childrens show with badguys and super heroes but everytime they had the good mysterious guy save them it leaves me thinking what? is it going to be like sailormoon where they fall inlove? oh wait he doesnt appear for another 10 episodes so i guess not. I find it misleading cuz I over thinkit ^.^
