| Title: | Addolorato |
| Author: | Hajime Shinjo (debut) |
| Genre: | Shoujo, fantasy, freakin’ adorable |
| Pages: | 32 |
| Size: | 12.4mb |
| Summary: | Kugou and Rokugou, the two guardian fox deities of the Kannushi Shrine, are a couple of troublemakers occupied with eating junk-food, watching anime, and provoking the temper of their bad-mouthed master, Shio. But what happens when they learn of the world outside the temple grounds?
About the title: The translation (from Italian) for Addolorato can be “aggrieved, sorrowful, heartsore, sorry, pained, sad, or rueful,” but frankly? There is none of that in this story. NONE OF THAT! Featured in Aria magazine, as the debut work of Hajime Shinjo. |

For your knowledge, “addolorato” is an adjective used in very very sad occasions, and not frequently.. for instance “sono addolorato per la vostra perdita” > “I’m sorry for your loss” expressing condolences, but I won’t say “sono addolorato perchè il tempo è brutto” (because it’s rainy) =)

Interesting… Thank you for the clarification! (But now the title makes even less sense!)

Thanks! Pretty adorable oneshot, though the art is a bit more stylized than I prefer. Too bad we couldn’t see more of their shenanigans on top of their lazing about. Those rascals….hah hah.

Thank you for the oneshot! I love it. :3
By the way, I was wondering, how do you enforce the 3 day rule? I’m running a scanlation group too, and I don’t know how to stop people from posting to reader sites. If I contact the admins, will they take it down?

At one point we had dialogues going with most of the major aggregators, but once MF went rogue and started uploading everything that ever hit the internet, it seems that was a signal for every other aggregator to do the same damn thing. If you’re lucky you might be able to get through to someone human, but you’re SOL for the most part. And no, they hardly ever take anything down.
For our part, we’re still experimenting with ways to keep them off aggregators, so I can’t give you a straight answer as to how to keep them off because, frankly, we haven’t been able to get it to work either. You’ll notice we’ve stopped saying “Please wait 24 hours” blah blah blah because people just aren’t listening.
