   Fellow? Huh, never noticed that. Could you point out a couple of instances for me? Unless you mean, say, “My fellow students and I,” or something like that, in which case it’s just natural.

   About the second chapter, well, your guess is as good as mine. We’re doing this as a joint with CooyoMoose, who handles the scanning, cleaning, typesetting, etc; we only provide the translation, and that’s been finished for chapter two for about a month and a half now.
